My Guest Post in HiP Paris and Blisstree's 50 Best Summer Cakes

I was surprised and honored to receive the kind invitation of Erica, from HiP Paris Blog, to post a recipe for her blog...Since my moelleux had won the approval of so many readers around the world, I decided that, even if it sounds audacious, I could well try to tempt Parisians with my cake....You can link here....
If you or your friends are thinking of going to Paris, Hip in Paris is the blog to stop by....Erica and her team reveal all Parisian secrets, the do's and don'ts of a successful stay...plus will help you find an apartment for rent not only in Paris, but also in Provence, or Tuscany..! (in their site Haven in Paris)

I would also like to thank the people of Blisstree (Canada), for having chosen this cake as one of the 50 Best Summer Cakes...this humble "moelleux" has travelled far and feels astonished to be there, surrounded by so many gorgeous cakes made by talented bloggers or cooking magazines....

Thanks everybody for so much generosity...I really appreciate that, from the bottom of my heart!
Lots of hugs from my little Parisian kitchen....

That cake is TO DIE FOR. It's no wonder that it won that distinction. The photo is tantalizingly gorgeous.

Bonjour Cristina,

Bien cordialement,
Andres
Two of my favorite things - magnifique !!
